Payment Policy:

Payments for services can be made via online banking, UPI, or through secure payment links. Full payment must be made prior to the session. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. In case of a cancellation, please inform us 24 hours in advance to reschedule the session.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, no refunds will be given.
2. Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed sessions or consultations. If a client fails to attend the session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited.
3. Exceptions: In rare circumstances (such as medical emergencies), exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the clinic.
